Mission 1: Evaluate Yourself

1. Write one or two sentences describing how you believe other people currently perceive you:

I think most people find me intelligent, good looking, charming, driven and also very private.

2. Write one or two sentences describing how you'd like to be perceived by others:

I think how I am perceived (if how I think I am perceived is accurate) is already pretty good, but I would like other people to really look at me as someone they want to spend more time with and get to know. To basically be perceived as the guy everyone wants to hang out with.

3. List three of your behaviors or characteristics you would like to change:

I am mostly focused on behaviors and not characteristics at the moment.

A) I would like to be fearless when it comes to meeting and talking to new people. I want to approach anyone and even if there is approach anxiety to still do it. Even though I am a very social person I just feel that there is so much room for improvement, especially with approaching and meeting new people

B) I need to stop wasting time. I feel like I waste so much time throughout the day on things that I shouldn't be doing. My number one waste of time is masturbating and looking at/watching porn. I feel like shit after I do it, not because it is wrong morally, but because it is just a pure waste of time.

C) I want to stay focused on my goals, I feel like I keep straying from them, socially, academically, and physically.

4. List three new behaviors or characteristics you would like to adopt:

The answers to these are basically the opposite of my previous three answers to question 3.

A) I want to focus on doing approaches and relieving approach anxiety.

B) I want to stop masterbating.

C) I want to follow through with my goals.
